Milwaukee – 2022 St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Thank you Federico Materazzi, Pat Joschko, and Sally Habanek who represented Red Cross in the 2022 Milwaukee Irish Parade. We distributed some sweets and also “Join Us” literature. It was a nice to hear the “thank yous” and appreciation from the crowd for what we do.

First person: volunteer connects with shelter client facing “new beginning” after apartment fire

This article describes the impressions of a new Red Cross volunteer encountering on of our diplaced residents in a Red Cross shelter. Thank you to all responders who have been taking on sheltering in addition to their regular Disaster Action Team activities.

WI and UP Home Fire Update – Jan. 22

Our volunteers & your support brought relief for hundreds of our neighbors displaced by home fires this past month.

It's our busiest time of year for fires — on behalf of people in need after these daily disasters, thank you for believing in our mission.
